Press Release Distribution
We're introducing a method to track
the publication of press releases. Firstly, we send out the text of
the release by email to the addresses in our appropriate business area
lists. The pictures to illustrate the release are loaded onto Minett
Media's website. Within the text, editors are informed that the
pictures are available for down-loading from our site.
Those editors who wish to publish the release with the pictures will
download the pictures in the same way as for an article. This means
that they have to identify their journal & an email to the
relevant client will automatically be generated informing them that
this journal is planning to publish their release.
This will also appear on the client's Status Report. So, the client
will get a list of the journals who are going to publish the release
with pictures.
