Minett Media’s Prices for ‘One-Off’ Placements 

First year - £800 per article up-front (covers payment for two publications), 
    + £400 per additional publication
After first year - £35/month + £200 per additional publication

First year - £300 up-front
After first year - £25/month

Material will be made active and you will receive codes to access your Status Report via our website, once we’ve received the initial payments.

Submitting to the Editor Contact System

These brief procedures will ensure that your article is inserted in the database as quickly and effectively as possible. Following these procedures will streamline administration and facilitate any problem-solving needed around publication.

1) Format

All editorial should be sent either in plain text format in the body of an e-mail or as an attachment in Word for PC format.

2) Coding articles

Each article should be given a two-word code name e.g. “dog food”. (Use this code to save the illustrations, see below.)

3) E-mail heading

Send all editorial to info@minettmedia.co.uk
Put in the heading “For uploading [Name of company] [Article short name]”.

4) Coding Illustrations

Include all illustrations captions in number order (1,2,3, etc..) at the end of the article text. (Generally, 4 good quality illustrations will be sufficient for an article.) Save all illustrations as; two-word code, illustration number, e.g. “dog food 1”. Ensure that the illustration caption numbers match the numbers in the illustration file names. This will ensure that we can match together the captions and illustrations, especially where (due to file size) they need to be sent by post on a CD.

6) Format for Illustrations

For best results:

• At least 300 dpi
• 6 inches by 4 inches
• .jpg format

Minett Media’s Start-Up Package

Fixed Cost for 6 month period; 

GBP 1,500 up-front (to be paid within 30 days) 

Services included;

1. The insertion & all publications during the 6 months of;
   1 – 5 editorial items (each item to run independently for 6 months from its date of entry at no extra cost)
2. Appropriate up-date of Minett Media’s journal database
3. Cost-free user support
4. A progress evaluation at the end of the 6 months

After the 6 months period, any of these 5 items remaining in the system will be charged as follows;

1. Articles - £26:25/month + £183:75 per additional publication
2. Expert Contacts & Concept Only Articles - £20/month
