Cost and Copyright Free to World’s Trade Press
All the editorial items in Minett Media’s system are available free of charge to the trade press and we offer it on behalf of our client organizations who own the universal copyright to the material, including all pictures. Queries regarding an editorial item should be made to Minett Media at info@minettmedia.co.uk.

Editor Feedback – Please!
All we ask from editors in return for our free service is to keep us informed (via our automated email questionnaires) as to whether or not they use material taken from our site and to send us copies (ideally PDFs) of material which they have published. All published material should be sent directly to Minett Media.

Sophisticated Client Reporting
We have very sophisticated methods of client reporting which ensure that the relevant people in our client organizations are kept informed of the worldwide publication progress of the portfolio of editorial items we hold for them, including full details of the magazines which have published their material.

Up-Dating Journal Data
We also enable our clients to access our global journal database, so we encourage all editors to ensure that their journal’s details are kept up-to-dated: editors have an opportunity to do this every time they download material from our site.

Exclusives?
No editorial items can be offered on exclusive basis, unless this is agreed separately before the publication of the item in question. On the other hand, Minett Media is always able to provide information of the publication history of each editorial item. To request such information please send an email to info@minettmedia.co.uk.

Internal Use of Published Material
Minett Media, and its clients, reserve the right to use copies of the published editorial items (which they supplied free of charge to journals) for their own internal use.

Distribution & Up-Dating
All new editorial items (coded by business areas) are circulated by direct email to the journals in our database for their first six months in our system and they remain available for download from our website until the client withdraws them. Our reporting system enables our clients to monitor and update all editorial items on a regular basis.
